At AlexCove, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process designed to make things as easy as possible.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with all tags attached

  • Sent back in the original packaging whenever possible

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.


How to Request a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact our support team to obtain return authorization and instructions.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Please note that returns shipped without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.


Return Shipping Responsibility

The party responsible for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return.

If We Made a Mistake

If you received:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. In these situations, AlexCove will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no additional charge.

If You Changed Your Mind

If you wish to return an item because:

  • You selected the wrong size

  • You chose the wrong color

  • You no longer want the product

  • You ordered by mistake

You will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Restocking Fees

AlexCove does not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

You will never be charged an additional fee simply for returning an eligible item.


Refund Process

After your returned item arrives at our facility, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.

Once the inspection is completed, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Most refunds are processed within 10 business days, although your bank, card provider, or payment processor may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Review your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take additional time to appear.

  3. Reach out to your bank to verify whether the refund is still being processed.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items, including requests for a different size or color.

To receive your replacement as quickly as possible, we recommend:

  1. Returning the original item.

  2. Waiting for the return to be approved.

  3. Placing a new order for the desired replacement item.

This approach ensures faster processing and inventory availability.


Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, administrative, or product-specific reasons, certain items cannot be returned.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products returned without prior authorization

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration

  • Products not returned in their original condition

  • Gift cards

  • Any product specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase

AlexCove reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.
