At AlexCove, we are committed to delivering your order as efficiently as possible. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping rates, delivery estimates, and shipping-related policies.
Order Processing
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).
Orders submitted after 5:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing on the following business day.
Please note that orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If unexpected circumstances cause a delay, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates
We offer straightforward shipping rates with no additional hidden charges:
- United States: $5.99 USD
- International Destinations: $6.99 USD
Free Standard Shipping
Customers who spend $89 USD or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping. No promotional code is required.
All applicable shipping fees are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier service.
United States
Estimated transit time: 7–14 business days
International Orders
Estimated transit time: 5–14 business days, depending on the destination country.
Please keep in mind that delivery estimates do not include order processing time. Total delivery time consists of:

While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Carrier disruptions, customs inspections, weather conditions, and seasonal demand may occasionally result in delays.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent to you.
Tracking information generally becomes available within 24–72 hours after shipment.
Customers may also monitor their shipment status through our Track Order page.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
AlexCove cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to addresses submitted incorrectly by the customer. If a shipment is returned due to an address-related issue, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be resent.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at myalexcove@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include clear photos of both the damaged item and its packaging. Depending on the situation, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund.
Lost Packages
If tracking information has not updated for more than 10 business days after dispatch, please reach out to us.
We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange either a replacement order or a full refund.
Customs Fees and Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by local authorities.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
AlexCove does not collect or control these fees and cannot estimate their amount in advance. For more information regarding potential import charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
